Man and the story of his eight piece of bread which was exchanged with the devil

Once upon a time, there was one villager who was happy living in his village. He was poor but happy. He had one house, goats, chickens and lands to grow vegetables. He was hard hard-working man. He always gave priority to his work because of that he was single. He was a single man who lived alone in his house. His mom and dad already passed away a long time ago. He was blessed and thanked God every day for giving him a relief life.

In the morning he drank milk carried one bread piece and went to work. He dug the soil to make it soft so that he could cultivate potatoes and cauliflower there. He worked on land for so long. In the afternoon he was tired and he decided to take a rest. He went to the tree and sat there in shadow. He was tired. He took out that bread from his tiffin box and separated that bread into eight pieces. He loudly said, should I eat the first piece the second piece the third piece the fourth the fifth piece the sixth piece or the seventh piece? He kept on repeating that.

After that one devil who was sitting inside the cave heard his voice and came near him. DeviThe devil there were eight pieces of bread. Devil also had eight children. So he said to him, hey human don't eat that. Give me that piece of bread. Instead of that, I will give you a bowl of rice pudding. It is empty now but whenever you get hungry, just say bowl of rice pudding then rice pudding will come out of this bowl. He was shocked and gave the bread pieces to the devil and kept that rice pudding bowl.

When he came back from work to home, he saw his aunt come to his house. She was so mean and greedy. She used to take all those important household things when he went to work. At that time she saw one empty bowl in his hand. She asked, where did you get this from? And he said I didn't know much about it but this empty bowl gave me rice pudding. She was shocked and curious to know about that bowl. He said bowl of rice pudding and right after that rice pudding appeared in that bowl. She was so surprised and thought to steal that.

At night when he was sleeping, she came into his house to steal that bowl. She replaced that bowl with another bowl she brought with it. She went to her home and started to eat rice pudding. The next day he woke up and when he tried to eat rice pudding, rice pudding wasn't coming out of the bowl. So he thought it was only for one day's use, but now throw doesn't have any power. And he drank milk and ate rice and went to his work again. In tiffin again he carried one bread. He kept on working. When he got tired. He decided to take a rest.

Again he separated that bread and said again loudly should I eat the first piece or the second piece or the third piece or the fourth piece or the fifth piece or the sixth piece or the seventh piece? He kept on repeating that. This time devil came rushing and said he Humans don't eat that bread, just give it to me. This time I will give you the goat who pooped gold. He gave his bread pieces to him and kept that goat who pooped gold. He finished his work and carried that goat with him.

When he went home, his aunt was already there. She was there to know what he brought today. She saw him and said now where did you get this goat from? He replied, I didn't know much about this but I knew this goat pooped gold. His aunt was so surprised and again thought of steak that goat. She wanted to make sure that, that goat pooped gold. So she gave grass to the goat and waited for a while. After a few minutes, that goat pooped gold. She was surprised and made up her mind to steal that.

At night she came again to steal that goat. In exchange, she brought another goat that exactly looked like that goat. She slowly got in and exchanged that goat with another goat. She took that goat with her. At her home, she fed that goat and the goat started to give the gold. She thought now she would be rich soon. She slept thinking about what he would bring tomorrow. She made up her mind to steal from him tomorrow too.

The next morning as usual he ate rice drank milk and went to work. He kept on digging to make the soil soft. When he got tired again he sat on that tree. As usual, he brought one piece of bread to eat. As usual, he separated that bread into eight small pieces. And again as usual he started to say loudly should I eat the first piece or the second piece or the third piece or the fourth piece or the fifth piece or the sixth piece or the seventh piece? He kept on repeating that. Again that devil heard that and came in a rush.

He said to him, hey human don't eat that . Give that bread pieces to me. Instead of that, I will give you one stick. It will save you from your enemies or whenever you get troubled. He took that stick and went back home. When he reached home it was so dark. It was so late then he used to go home before. He cooked food for him and ate. He did his dishes. He saw that goat who pooped gold. He fed that goat in the morning but the goat was giving normally pooped.

He thought again maybe that was also for only one day. After that, he fell asleep his aunt came to his house thinking he brought something today too. She was searching all over his house. Mistakenly she put her leg on the glass and it made a noise. He woke up after that glass sound. He thought thief came into his house and chanted thief. To save him from that stick automatically started to hit his aunt. That stick hit her aunt so badly that she accepted that she stole a goat and bowl from his house. He couldn't believe that his aunt could do that. She returned that bowl and goat to him. After that, he lived his life as he was living before. Even tho he had a goat who gave gold, he still loved to work on his land
